This is a class in authenticity. This is an image that is 100% me, Sheila Grube, CZT17 and 33. It's an image that's representative of me, sharing me with you. A tapestry of organic tangles dancing and intertwining together in the depth of black and white. It's a large scale piece (8x8) allowing plenty of room for exploration and creative expression. It's a balance of drama (inked sections) and light airy flow. It's a little chaotic, yet structured at the same time. It's a bit of class and yet, whimsical in nature too. It's me wanting to share a bit of me with you after a long pause of on-line teaching. A large piece made of organic tangles in black and white with deep shading that fill the entire substrate...authentically me. I'd love to have you join in the simple stroke, creative repetition to create this frame worthy masterpiece. Black and white is not your thing? No worries! Use the tangles as your base for adding your beautifully colored expression! I would love to see what you do with it! We will take a half hour break for lunch during this class timeframe. The class is 4 hours long and oh so worth it! Class will be recorded and available for your creative pleasure indefinitely.
